Milton Keynes Council of Faiths are celebrating Interfaith Week 2026 through several events taking place in Milton Keynes. You are very welcome to join us at any of the below:
Festival of Faiths in Milton Keynes
Date: 5th November
Time: 7.00-9.30pm

The Council of Faiths are co-sponsoring this event with InterfaithMK. This will be a collaborative multi-faith encounter under the Interfaith Week's nationwide theme:
“Lighting the Way for a Shared Future”
Different faith groups - including the Council of Faiths - will have a table at the event to showcase and publicise their faith or specific group, and there will be a shared reflection together.
Also, this is a great opportunity to network and create positive relationships with other faith groups. For further information or to book a table for your group, contact David Rennie.

Regular Council of Faiths meeting
Date: 19th November
Time: 7.30-9.30pm
Location: Milton Keynes City Council, 1 Saxon Gate East MK9 3EJ
As part of our scheduled meeting, we will be hearing from Emma Johnson, CEO of the charity UnityMK – formally the Winter Night Shelter. She will be telling us more about the charity’s work, and some practical ways our faith groups can help. The whole issue of reducing homelessness is a focus for the current government. We are hoping to collaborate as faith groups to make a difference to the homeless in the city over the next few months
We will also start to forward plan for meetings in 2027 – if there are any things you would like to discuss or hear about, please come along with ideas.
