New Officer Team Appointed at 2025 AGM

Milton Keynes Council of Faiths held its AGM on Thursday 19th June 2025.

As well as receiving the annual reports and accounts, and reviewing the programme of activities and meetings for the prior year, the Council of Faiths took time to consider priorities and topics to work on over the coming months, to ensure that issues of shared concern are raised, that we work for the benefit of all faith communities in MK, and that the impact of the Council of Faiths on the city of Milton Keynes can be visibly seen.

The AGM also appointed the team of Officers to lead the organisation over the coming year:

Chair - Cllr Waqas Ahmad

Vice-Chair - Venkat Krishnan

Treasurer - Amrik Bhamra

Secretary - Anthony Miller

Ric Brackenbury continues to serve the Council of Faiths as co-ordinator.
